She said that she is very frugal and likes to prove to people that you don't have to spend a fortune to look well put together.
Mimi's favorite spot to thrift in Atlanta is the Goodwill stores in Perimeter, Stockbridge and Fayetteville. Her number one tip for thrifting newbies is to take your time; look through every piece of clothing and every rack at least twice!
